TERRY HILL is Emeritus Fellow at the University of Oxford, UK, an Affiliate Professor at the Milan Polytechnic, Italy and at Ohio State University. He is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He is a leading international figure in the field of operations management and operations strategy.
